Buying & Delivery Guide

BUYING GUIDE:

We have a mixture of products from Brand New / Vintage / Used / Refurbished items etc  changing daily with different grades of condition and pricing.

We may take fair offers on most of our products instore subject to Managers or Cashiers approval or online via best offer but it may delay your purchase untill approved.

Please read the descriptions carefully as this will point out any imperfections, damage or missing parts etc.

The items condition / age related marks or use is reflected in our low pricing and should be noted before buying.

Refurbished or Used electricals will be PAT tested by a officially certified tester for your safety. Note PAT testing does not offer warranty or any guarantee of usability and items may develop faults at a later date.

Sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are for guidence only. Product colours may differ slightly due to different screen monitors.

DEPOSITS GUIDE:

For most items online if you prefer a deposit can be paid to secure your item this will treat the item as sold for you to enable further inspection instore if required. The balance must be paid at the store. All items with deposits will need to be collected within 10 days or paid in full, failing to do so will cancel the purchase and the item will be offered again for sale. Note small deposits are not refundable after this period but a online discount code or voucher maybe offered for a future purchase.

SELLING GUIDE:

We buy items or Part exchange with your purchase, Customers may need to leave the item with us for valuation purposes. In some cases id such as a drivers licence / passport and utillity bill will be required before we can purchase from you.

For larger or bulky items we can visit your property and offer a valuation at a convenient time /day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

ONLINE: Payments can be made with Debit or Credit cards & Paypal funds, Store Voucher or by Bank Transfer.

INSTORE: Payments can be made with Cash, Debit or Credit cards or Store Voucher

WARRANTIES:

12 months: New items are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

14 Days RTB: Refurbished, Seconds, Old stock and Managers special items.

No Warranty: Antiques, Vintage, Retro, Used, Reduced, Electricals, Clearance and Special offer items

DELIVERY & PRICING:

All our items will show weight and size in description to help with delivery  at checkout. All items will have a fixed delivery fee added to your basket if applicable. We may combine items to a larger parcel or pallet if multiple items are ordered to reduce cost, packaging and speed up delivery.

All items can be collected FREE of charge using store collection option at checkout.

All day council parking is available at the rear of the store (see map).

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Courier damaged: delivered items damged in transit, we will cover return postage if required.

Distance selling: We will accept returns within 7 days but buyers will need to arrange the return to store at your own expense in original packaging and purchased condition.

Refunds:  Due to most items being vintage or used they are sold as seen so please check any photos carefully as it is part of the description, we will however refund any items approved for return.
